Why is your in-home visit fee $90?

Our $90 in-home visit covers the technician's travel time, diagnosis, and a flat-rate quote for the repair. If you proceed with the repair, the $90 is waived entirely — you only pay for the repair itself. We never charge hourly.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices you see here are the prices you pay. No trip fees, no diagnostic fees on top of repair, no fuel surcharges, no after-hours premiums during our normal service hours.

How does the $30 video diagnosis credit work?

Pay $30 for a 15-minute video diagnosis. If the issue is fixed on the call, you're done — total $30. If you need an in-home visit, the $30 is credited toward your $90 in-home visit fee, so you only pay $60 more.

What's covered by the 365-day warranty?

Both parts and labor. If the same part fails within 365 days of the original repair, we come back and fix it free — no service fee, no parts charge, no questions.
